The Gold Coast Library Network, Region VII of the Library of California, is a non-profit organization funded by the State of California to serve all libraries - academic, public, school and special - in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. The Network's mission is to provide services that will facilitate resource sharing and connectivity among its members. The Gold Coast Library Network has 45 members and 94 participating libraries. A Network Council and Board of Directors govern the organization.

There is no cost to become a member of the Gold Coast Library Network. Libraries interested in participating should contact the Network.
