Services to Member Libraries

Gold Coast Library Network members are entitled to the following products and/or services:

1. Online databases from Gale Group - Databases included are Gale Biography Resource Center, Associations Unlimited and Ready Reference Shelf. A user name and password or IP proxy setup is required to use these products. Please contact Janice Webb at [email protected] to sign up or to obtain more information.

2. Membership directory - An online directory of member libraries. Members of the Gold Coast Library Network can add or edit a directory entry or add a website. For more information, contact Janice Webb at [email protected].

3. Cat-A-Link Gold - A virtual catalog consisting of 15 member catalogs. The catalog may be searched as a guest or by using a valid patron ID from a library included in the catalog. Contact Janice Webb at [email protected] for more information.

4. Videoconferencing - Three member libraries have PolyCom videoconferencing equipment installed and are using it to host training classes, workshops, meetings and special events. Follow the link above to see a list of upcoming events.
