Checks, Drafts, Etc. All checks, drafts and other orders for payment of money out of the funds of the Network, and all notes or other evidences of indebtedness of the Network, shall be signed on behalf of the Network in such manner as shall, from time to time, be determined by resolution of the Board of Directors.
Fiscal Year. The fiscal year of the Network shall be determined, and may be changed, by resolution of the Board of Directors.
